A trailer previewing “Wonder Wheel,” the upcoming Coney Island-based film, was released on Wednesday by Amazon Studios.

The widely-anticipated film takes movie-goers back in time to Coney Island during the 1950s. The movie’s star-studded cast includes Kate Winslet and Justin Timberlake, who were both seen in and around Coney Island during the shooting of the film last year.

Signage and storefronts were transformed during production as filmmaker Woody Allen aimed to recreate a vintage setting reminiscent of Coney Island’s landscape in the ‘50s.

According to the film’s website, Winslet stars as Ginny, an emotional former actress who becomes a waitress, while Justin Timberlake stars as Mickey, a young lifeguard who hopes to someday become a playwright. Juno Temple plays Carolina, a woman who spends time hiding from gangsters, and Jim Belushi stars as ride operator Humpty, who is Ginny’s husband.

The release of the trailer comes ahead of its slated debut at the New York Film Festival on Oct. 14. Watch the video below.
