A man who wanted to retaliate against his girlfriend and her family allegedly threatened to “shoot up” and “kill everyone” at Liberation Diploma plus High School in Coney Island on Thursday, reports Pix 11.

21-year-old Angel Gonzalez has been dating the daughter of a woman interviewed by Pix 11 who said Gonzalez has hurled threats towards their family for months.

He is said to have sent one particularly disturbing photo showing himself holding a gun in what was described as a threat. He then called up the high school multiple times between 10:30 and 11 a.m. on Thursday and made threats to ‘shoot up the school,’ according to Pix 11, citing police sources.

The NYPD did not immediately respond to a request for details surrounding the incident. Pix 11 reported on Thursday night that Gonzalez was charged with making terroristic threats and aggravated harassment.
