Carl’s Jr. officially opened a restaurant in Coney Island on Tuesday.
The burger chain had spent recent months constructing its Coney Island outpost at 1201 Surf Ave, their first in New York City. Coney Island News first broke the news of the restaurant’s construction in October.
The restaurant will sit near other Surf Ave. chains such as Applebee’s and iHop.
The new burger joint will offer “handmade American classics straight from California” and a $5 “All-Star Meal” consisting of two entrees, a side, and a drink, a spokesperson said. Carl’s Jr. also offers breakfast options.
The chain is slated to open its first Manhattan location (Herald Square) on Jan. 31.
